How's the orphanage visit?


I actually didn't want to write bout this.
but, since someone asked, i'll tell.

I woke up with excitement, thinking, the day's finally here.
soon i'll be visiting the orphanage, cleaning up, distributing food and playing with them.


once we reached the orphanage, i totally freaked out.
maybe i expected too much,
or should i just say that i didnt expect for the worst?


almost all the orphans there are spastic
there were orphans screaming, crying, jumping, hitting, stonning....
some just grab your legs 
some just pull your hand
some hit some sing some smile....


there're orphans who're hyperactive, who has tumor in the head, who has small legs and hands, who're down syndrome etc etc.
you probably have seen such child before but please,
dont tell me that you understand how i feel unless you've been to such orphanage before
it just felt extremely discouraging and depressing lah.


well, i didnt contribute much today. 
wanted to play with them but i was feeling scared. 
very very scared, very very insecure
and i must say, i admire yoke pei a lot. seriously.
her patience is bottomless lah


lunch was a huge mess
but they were good and disciplined enough to line up for food.


i tried feeding one of the old man,
but failed lah me
so i ended up making butterflies (origami)
but still, no determination punya me gave up and wandered around
haaaaa. suck kan?
i know T.T


so that's a rough idea of my visit to the orphanage lah.
lazy to elaborate more
not really in the mood too.
but compared to the afternoon,
im feeling much much better ald :)
dont worry bout me cuz you know i'll be fine

at least i know there's someone out there who still cares to ask and listen
